All these approaches for finding evidence of reincarnation sound farfetched, but we could develop more effective experiments if life itself weren't so short. I have an idea: After we die, let's all come back and work on the problem some more.
Biology, medicine, evolution of life, and TTOMTE assume physical activity always attaches to life. None of these fields deals with spiritual activity disconnected from physical activity. So why do we insist that a pure spiritual part of us can go on without some kind of human body? Our comfort may come from what science doesn't know yet. Immortality is only another leftover mystery like those below, some of which science has studied for more than sixty years:
CROP CIRCLES: We find these circles and other beautiful patterns in grain fields. Some are hoaxes, but others, studied extensively, don't appear to be tricks. The effect on the grain indicates that the design forms in about ten seconds. In addition, tests find unusual radioactivity and electromagnetic fields in the patterns. Who creates the designs and why?
RANDOM PSYCHIC EXPERIENCES: A mother wakes up knowing her son has just died in a war four thousand miles away.

PLACEBO EFFECT: In testing any new drug, we always give half the people the drug and another half, a sugar pill. We know people may be cured by a sugar pill simply because they believe they will be. Mind-focus has "cured" cancer, diabetes, and many other diseases. This ability may also explain the above Ethyl puzzle and recorded miracle-cures at Lourdes. Nobody knows how the brain can cure the body this way, but we should find out.
