I suffered a stroke in 2017. Because of that, I now thank the following people for helping me to complete this book.

PHIL SPANNER, my technical assistant, a whiz at the computer, who has been most patient with my now bumbling capabilities. (The stroke erased many of my computer skills; memory, the ability to add and subtract and tying a shoelace that will stay tied.)

MARJORIE BLAHA, my editor, who spent so much time cleaning up my grammar and punctuation all through the book, and did I mention she's also my wife and lover? It's good when those two things happen in one person. Almost as good as when a lover and good editor happen in one person.
